A few of our customers have asked us why there are no emails.
YOU SHOULD BE GETTING EMAILS. IT MIGHT BE IN THE SPAM FOLDER or the UPDATES/PROMOTIONS folder.
Gmail among other email providers have gotten stricter in what goes to your inbox, some emails from trusted providers may only go as far as a certain folder.
HOW TO FIX
First please check your spam folder.
Here are a few links depending on your provider.
From there you will be able to make us a trusted contact, and no more spam folder for us!
You should be given an option to remove it from there and put it in to the right category.
From there you will be getting emails no problem!
